When property damage occurs, the first priorities are people, safety and preventing further loss. DCMG establishes authority, documents affected conditions and coordinates the work required to stabilize and remediate the property.
Remediation concludes when hazards and affected materials have been addressed and the property is ready to move into reconstruction through Division 04.
